Our role is limited to identifying needs, introducing qualified institutions and companies to independent banking and capital markets counterparties, and supporting the preparation of information for their review.

All banking, custody, foreign exchange, credit, financing and securities services are provided, contracted and executed exclusively by the relevant independent institutions, under their own licences and the regulation of their home jurisdiction. Each institution decides at its sole discretion on eligibility, know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering review, credit approval, terms and execution. The contractual relationship is established directly between the client and the institution. Foreign institutions are not Mexican financial entities and are not supervised by Mexican authorities.
